About Warranty Repairs

For some products shipped and sold by Amazon.sa, you may have the option of having them repaired by the Approved Repair Vendor.

If your item is eligible for repair, you will be offered this as an option in the Online Returns Center and you will be able to send the item directly to the approved repair vendor. Learn how to Create a Repair Label.

Note: For electronic devices that have your personal data stored, it is very important that you back up any files and remove any passwords before sending an item for repair; otherwise, the approved repair vendor may not be able to repair your device or wipe all the information. You may also want to erase your saved personal information from the item.

When the approved repair vendor receives your item, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The item will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the item will be repaired free of charge by the approved repair vendor and returned to you at no additional cost. Usually repairs take up to 14 business days (including delivery time), but could take slightly longer.

In the event that your item cannot be repaired but is still under the warranty, you will be refunded in full.

If the problem is not covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided (for example if the item has been accidentally damaged), you will be contacted by the approved repair vendor with a quote for repair fees. You can decide whether to ask the approved repair vendor to proceed with the repair at an additional cost, or have the item returned to you free of charge. Payment for such repairs, including any applicable delivery charges, will have to be paid on delivery.

Please note that in order to repair your item and return it to you, the approved repair vendor will need your contact details. We will provide your name, e-mail address and return address to the approved repair vendor, and we require them to comply with relevant data protection legislation in relation to such information. We will send your contact details to the approved repair vendor only as required in connection with the repair service.

Note: You can check the status of your repair by following the instructions in the repair confirmation e-mail you receive or by clicking View Repair Status via Online Return Center, once your submit your repair request.
