Products shipped from International Sellers generally have longer delivery times as they ship from other countries and require customs clearance.
During the purchase completion process, you can choose shipping speed of your order from a list of available options. Available shipping options may vary depending on a variety of factors, including weight, product size and delivery address.
Where the product is being shipped from outside KSA, you acknowledge that you are importing the product for your personal use, and you are responsible for adhering to local regulations governing limitations on purchases for personal import. For more information, see the KSA government website.
You can pay for these products using payment methods such as net banking, and credit/debit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted as valid payment method for Items shipped by International Sellers.
The product price shown on Amazon.sa is inclusive of import taxes and duties to be paid for the product. Shipping fees may be extra depending on seller - this will be specified during the order process. If you are charged an extra amount during delivery, please contact Amazon customer service to get a refund.
When you order from an International seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory, your return will be sent back to the seller instead of Amazon.sa. You can view the return policy of the seller before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller profile page. To view the seller's return policy once you've ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center. Then click the seller profile link in the relevant order. From there, you can read more about the Seller's return policy by clicking on the link below the Returns and Refunds Policy heading towards the bottom right of the page. If not specified in the Seller's Returns and Refunds policy, the order will default to a 15 days return policy.
