Product description
Size:TX7 x 60mm High quality Wera Micro screwdriver for precision mechanical work. Suitable for TORX BO safety screw connections: TORX BO screws have a protruding pin in their drive profile. This prevents any unauthorized loosening since thenormal hex tools cannot move these screws. Only special TORX BO tools have a bore hole which can slip over the pin. Rapid twisting is possible by fixing the hand on the twist cap and using the fast-turning zone just below it. This makes time-consuming grip adjustments unnecessary. Power zone with integrated soft zones ensure the transfer of higher tightening and loosening torque. Precision zone for the right angle for adjustment work. The Wera Black Point tip offers high corrosion protection and an exact fit.

I bought this hoping I could use it to adjust the burner flame on a stove. It was the perfect size. Slot of times the end is right but the shaft is to wide. This one fit down into the knob post perfectly.

I purchased this little screwdriver to complement a set of Wera micro screwdrivers. For some reason, they didn't include this size with the set. Fortunately, there is room in the canvas case to accommodate it. As one would expect, this Wera tool is just as well engineered and manufactured as are all Wera tools. I have several screwdriver sets, socket sets and other tools made by Wera and they all perform flawlessly. Why anyone would purchase cheap tools when Wera makes such wonderful "instruments," I cannot imagine. True, they cost more, however they LAST forever, or nearly so...
I ordered this to open a 1mm microscrew on the bracelet of a Raymond Weil women's watch. When I opened the package, I appreciated that the tip is very delicate. Working cautiously and under a watch repair microscope, but the tip chipped as soon as I gave it the slightest pressure to turn the screw. I uploaded both macro and microscopic photos so you can see. On macro, the tip looks chipped. On micro, it almost looks like it melted (for the skeptics among you, I was working in room temperature!). The best analogy I can make is as if the tip is made from soft charcoal. TLDR: Tip is extremely delicate. I am pretty careful and yet can't think of an application for which this would be useful for the everyday shopper

after buying
Wera Kraftform MIcro 2035 Electronics Percision Screwdriver, Slotted 1mm Head
and being really happy with it, i decided to buy this one and it didn't disappoint!
i'm just a hobbyist, taking apart used mechanical watches and pocket watches that can no longer be salvaged, for upcycled coppertronic jewelry parts. i bought a "watch toolkit" and the slotted screwdrivers were still way too big for the watches i was taking apart and everytime someone asked me "have you tried an eyeglass repair kit?" i would get irritated because an eyeglass screw is about three times as big as the screws in a watch! so i did a lot of research into into "professional" watch tools and just decided what i really needed was a good small screwdriver that can fit comfortably in my hand. they were harder to find than i expected. the tip is magnetized because all the tiny screws stick to it so no more switching to tweezers to set a screw in place or pick it out. it's also ergonomic and my fingers just naturally went right into the grooves of the handle when i went to use it.
it's sharpened well so that it actually goes right into the tiny slots, making it easier to find its grip and twist off a screw. this whole time, i've been using a pin that came with the watch toolkit that i shaved down to meet my needs but even with my small hands, i could not get a good grip on it and it would dull after a few watches.
the only drawback with a slotted screwdriver this tiny is that i wish it was shorter, for better control. when i'm trying to take apart a watch after i drink coffee, my hands are shaking all over the place and having a long handle like this one does not help.
