**UPDATE** I was refunded the money for the defective items so I could just re-order new ones. Changed my 1 star review to a 5.
I was so excited to get the new Friends Funko Pop series (having missed out on the original one). Supergirl Phoebe was already leaning and Rachel appeared to be broken and glued. I then found out these aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. My negative review isn't on the item itself, they would both be great if replaced with a non-defective one, but on the policy that makes it impossible to have this made right.
