I'm going to try another brand and model for the replacement.
Packaging and delivery of the product was excellent. The shoes originally fit and wore just like the first pair. However, I noticed that on the left shoe, on the inside where my heel sits, I was getting a stabbing pain every once in a while. I thought there was a sticker or some sorts in my shoe or sock but could never find it. After a few days, I realized there is a hard piece of plastic that makes the heel support that for some reason is now jabbing me and and causing a sore. This just started over the past week, so is taken awhile for this problem to occur. I do not run in the shoes, but I do wear them as my everyday shoe. Since I have only had them a short time, I'm disappointed of this issue since the shoes are over $200.00 per pair. I had to place a gauze pad and some medical tape so I can continue to wear them. Really a bummer.
