good~ish sound. bass is low by sennheiser standards.

highlight of product: will connect to 2 devices at the same time which when I was buying was a rare occurrence (JBL 200bt does it too I think)

added bonuses: type c, charges fast, 4 sets of earbuds, light.

Go for cx150bt: they sound exactly the same, same battery life too, only difference is the sennheiser app (an underwhelming equalizer included) and aptxLL which your device may or may not support. oh and 150bt is cheaper by around 20 pounds

Bought these after my CX 7.00 BT died, after around 3 years of heavy abuse wearing them at the gym. These became faulty within 2 months, with the earphone closest to the controls being whisper quiet at the loudest volume setting.

The issue with the design, is twofold. Firstly the battery and controls are not supported unless you are wearing a high collar which the battery can sit in, so they hang off the earphones most of the time. Therefore, when active and moving about they are constantly yanking at the connections. This presumably over time (2 months of regular use) led to one of the connections of the right earphone losing fibres in the wire, hence leading to greatly reduced volume.

The second issue is more of an annoyance, with the battery centered, and controls on the right side. The center of mass is not central. If not keeping the body upright, or moving about aggressively, the battery often end up floating on the right side, adding extra weight to the yanking of the right earbud. Presumably speeding up any failure.

I can't recommend this product when it failed so fast. I would buy the CX 7.00 BT again in a heartbeat, but they appear to have stopped being manufactured, in favour of smaller 'earpod' style clones which do not suit my use-case, where I lack pockets at the gym. I would prefer something which can sit around my neck when not in use.

I was in the market for new bluetooth earbuds, but on a budget. The CX350BT were so promising with that equaliser and podcast feature mentioned in the description, so I spent my money on these. I was disappointed that these features were not there when I downloaded the app, but there was hope as the app said 'coming soon'. In the mean time I just tried to get on with it as it was: sound quality is so-so (still hopeful that the equaliser would change it) and the app is useless: might as well not be there. Then the amount of times it fell off my shoulders is just scary. If the buds are not in your ears they should rest on your shoulders but they have fallen off my shoulders too many times. I have lost them too many times and I got lucky to find them back. 5 weeks in, there is still no equaliser and I realise that the description is misleading. This was the last drop: I am really disappointed in this product. Kudos to Amazon: I explained the misleading description and they were happy to take them back. For less than what I paid you can get budget wireless earbuds with more features like ANC, and IPX rating.

So, I tried a bunch of the cheapies (£25 +/-) Chinese offerings, looking to replace my trust tao-tronics (who are no longer available through amazon), and they were all terrible. So I bit the bullet and upped the budget a little bit and went for these. Overall, very impressed. The sound quality is great. Way ahead of the cheaper Chinese stuff. I own quite a few Sennheiser products, and I wouldn't say that the quality is right up there with the best of them, but then neither is the price. The build quality is fine, the sound quality is very good (remember to install the app and boost the bass. Out the box it isn't amazing, but can be boosted in the app to give a big improvement). My only gripes are the lack of magnets in the earbuds, and the added weight of the battery module. They don't sit with an even weight distribution around your neck, so you'll often find yourself adjusting them etc. But it's not the end of the world. Overall I'd buy them again, and I'm very picky about audio..

This is the 4th pair of this style headphones I’ve bought. The others have either been lost or broken by the overzealous tug of a three year old.
But this is the first pair I am really not happy with. The ear buds are not as comfortable. I can’t even replace them with my spares as they somehow don’t fit.
But the most annoying thing is the position of the moved battery section. It is now bang smack in the middle of the wire, not on the opposite side to the control. This means that I am forever having to catch them as they glide from my shoulders and away from my ears. How I’ve managed to keep them this long is a miracle!
This has really put me off this brand and I am now looking for a replacement.
